Empowering others - There is no greater way to contribute to communities and causes you believe in. The actions of one become the actions of many - groups, communities, societies. Empowering does not mean doing - it means supporting, guiding, believing, validating, encouraging and building.

Align their actions - Creating alignment means having focused intention that results in action that is strong, purposeful and effective. We all have limited capacity, but endless possibility. Making sure the effort and energy spent is feeding back into the purpose is critical in creating fulfilled work.

Roots - Roots are what ground, support, and strengthen. They feed nutrients, communicate needs, provide stabilization and are the foundation of growth and opportunity. They are the first, basic, most essential part of a plant, idea, person or group.
