So how do we make sure that our work and actions are authentic, purposeful and intentional? We ask a lot of questions to get down to the roots and the core.

Individuals - How does your everyday actions demonstrate your own roots, own thoughts, own values, own purpose? How does your work meet with the purpose of the group? What opportunities are you creating to reflect on how your everyday perspective contributes to your actions?

Organizations - How are the processes in place aligning with the goals of the organization? How are the targets and objectives of the organization creating aligned actions for individuals? What feedback are you getting on alignment and capacity of your individuals?

Projects - How does this project align with the goals for this work? How does this effort acknowledge the roots of the organization, person or environment?
